Typically we fall between $30-$60/sqft but this is all depending on the desired finish, size of the project, If a kitchen is included or if a walkout is needed. This is a great question, and one asked very often! There are a couple factors at play with starting time, number one is the deposit from the customer. Once the deposit is received a spot in our schedule is solidified, at that point we are usually a few weeks to a few months booked out on our schedule. With the ongoing economic changes, knowing what the future holds can be daunting. But our normal projects are fixed price arrangements, meaning as long as you accept our quote in the given amount of time, that is a fixed price. The only changes to that are determined by extras you as the owner would like to add or remove to the project! Of course some of our projects have not been fixed price contracts, and those prices will differ, but for more information feel free to reach out to us!
